 - various fixes to configure.pl and lib/BackupPC/Lib.pm

 - updated language strings so makeDist is error free

 - fix to lib/BackupPC/Xfer/RsyncFileIO.pm for File::RsyncP 0.52.

 - passwords in editor now use password text type

 - various other bug fixes from 2.1.2pl1.
