encrypt controll channel using ssh

Code will now look in ~/.ssh/config and detect hosts which have
RemoteForward option and start ssh tunnels for them
bak-git-server.pl diff | blob | history
Simple tracking of remote files in central git repository with only shell, netcat, rsync and ssh on client
