INSTALL

# create database
createdb volcano
psql volcano < volcano.sql

# debuild tiles
./tiles.pl volcano

# setup apache
sudo ln -s /srv/google-map-tiles/apache-gmap.conf /etc/apache2/conf.d/
sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 restart
