  29     <P>If the test fails, follow the troubleshooting procedures listed below and
  30       rerun the diagnostics tests by clicking on the <b>Rerun Diagnostic Tests</b>
  31       button at the bottom of this page. If all the tests pass, close and restart
  32       your Web browser to access the Internet.</P>
  33     <P><B>Troubleshooting:</B></P>
  34     <P>NOTE: If <i>Test Ethernet connection to ATM</i> fails, this test result
  35       displays N/A.

  38         <p>After turning on your DSL modem, wait for at least one minute to establish
  39           a connection. Run the diagnostic tests again by clicking on the <b>Rerun
  40           Diagnostic Tests</b> button at the bottom of this page. </p>

  43         <p>Turn off the power to the DSL modem, wait 10 seconds and turn it back
  44           on. Wait at least one minute for the modem to establish a connection.
  45           If the PPP LED on the modem turns solid green, close your Web browser
  46           and restart it. </p>

  49         <p>With the modem on, press the external reset button on the DSL modem
  50           for at least five seconds and release it. This resets the DSL modem
  51           to its default settings. Wait for the DSL modem to completely restart,
  52           then close and restart your Web browser. To reconfigure the modem, type
  53           your DSL Account username and password.</p>

  56         <p>If this is the first time you are setting up your DSL modem, you may
  57           need to reconfigure your VPI/VCI settings. Contact ISP Technical Support
  58           for assistance.</p>
