Bug 2958 - notforloan (8008) is a numeric field.

Update index to allow searching for "On Order" items, -1 value.
Example:
http://atz.dev.kohalibrary.com/cgi-bin/koha/opac-search.pl?q=ccl=notforloan:-1

Without this patch, search for "-1" is normalized to "1".
