Remove #if's for pre-FUSE 2.6 API checks.

Since we're not going to worry about supporting FUSE API versions
prior to 2.6 (which is at this point widely supported), remove a
bunch of preprocessor conditionals for things that depended on FUSE
API versions prior to 2.6.
